We hosted our fifth annual School Fun Day last week Wednesday, and it was such a fun time with our students’ families and friends.
Company Background:
HelpOut is an on demand pet transportation startup that allows users to arrange transportation for their furry friends. HelpOut is funded by the HKSTP and strive to solve the problem of not having reliable and readily available means of pet transportation.
Operational Painpoint:
As a high growth startup, HelpOut lacked an efficient sales tool to keep up with their increasing customer enquiries and fell behind on confirming sales. They relied on manual processes such as spreadsheets and traditional communication that limited their scalability.
How Actaworks Helped:
With Acta Starter, HelpOut was able to automate their sales process. By utilising our Quotation Builder, they now are able to generation quotations within seconds and directly send quotations to customers within their database. In addition, our integrated Invoicing allowed them to easily create and track invoice status, filter invoices by customers, and set up payment terms. Implementation and training was done with our Acta Care service and HelpOut continues to look for Acta Works to scale their business.
